This is great advice for someone who is in a relationship or is thinking about starting a relationship with someone. I’m 21 years old and I have had 1 boyfriend my entire life. I very self-consious about my weight and I find it very difficult to meet guys because I am embarrased of how I look. For me, it sucks being single. I fall deeper and deeper into a depression when I see couples and even more when family says “oh you don’t need anyone your beautiful” thats like a slap in the face for me
On the reversal side, i have no problem with my man’s weight. But he does. I wish he knew it doesnt really matter. The only thing is that when he is on top and gets tired, its hard to breath. Communication and honesty is key.

Little women kinda get skittish, and big women can be volatile. I’ve never been successful with women from either one end of the weight/height/build spectrum.

Question: If a man loves my personality & states that I am a good woman but I’m not an option for him due to my size, should I give him any consideration if he pursues me after weight loss? I have a problem with someone wanting to reap the benefits afterwards but not wanting to be with you through it. Also, wouldn’t there be pressure to stay small in order to keep his interest?

Scenario: In working closely together, he loves the way she thinks, her personality, beliefs, etc & thinks she’s a rare find. However, his insecurity about choosing someone he normally wouldn’t, coupled with his friends & others thinking he can do better may be too much so he doesnt’ pursue it. Many men experience this!

It’s not what we “fear” big girls, it’s just guys are superficial people and we like a girl who is good looking. Most guys don’t find big girls attractive.
